The maximum web width for main unwinder and bottom gusset unwinders are 1200mm and 200mm respectively. The main unwinder and side unwinders comes equipped with Auto Tension and Line Guide System by E+L Germany.
The bottom punches for Stand Up pouches are controlled by Smart Servo System which makes automatic correction in the running condition. This feature is very useful and helps in reducing the wastage exponentially.
There are Multiple Cross Stations:
- Bit Fusing Stations.
- Cross Sealing Stations.
- Cross Cooling Stations.
Machine also has provision for additional one extra Cross Ultrasonic Bit Station which utilises Branson USA made Ultrasonic Units.
All the Cross Stations comes equipped with Skip feature.
With Galaxy’s original Air Tight Sealing technology, this model is feature packed to make Retort and Liquid Pouches.
Machine comes equipped with Seal Time Control feature using which the operators can increase or decrease the production speeds without having any impact on sealing quality. Because of such feature the machine has very low setup wastage and setup time.
The machine is able to run four webs in registration. Even the front and back of the pouch can be from separate webs.
Machine has two types of Longitudinal Stations for Stand Up and Zipper Sealing with Two Heads.
Our Shape Cut technology is class apart and generations ahead.
Equipped with servo control precision system, the cutting pressure of shape cut unit can be increased or decreased in microns from machine main screen via a simple touch.
This ensures you get maximum output from your shape cutting wooden die and reduces the setup wastage exponentially.
